Refunds and Returns
If you received the wrong items and it is a mistake due to KirbyVacuumBags.org, please notify us right away so we can take appropriate actions.
Returns are accepted on UN-OPENED items that are returned within 30 days of purchase. We sometimes make exceptions on opened bags and will issue store credit. Please call if you have an issue with opened items. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to KirbyVacuumBags.org.
If you are returning an item you must notify us first so we can provide you with an RMA number. If a refund is desired, we will refund all our your money less shipping cost. If you received free shipping the amount of shipping will be equal to our cost to ship the item.
NOTICE If a package is returned to our facility due to an undeliverable shipping address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
