Returns are accepted on unopened items that are returned within 60 days of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to KirbyVacuumBags.org. If you are returning an item you must notify us first so we can provide you with an RMA number. If a refund is desired, we will refund all our your money less shipping cost. If you received free shipping the amount of shipping will be equal to our cost to ship the item.
